Evy is the absolute best!!! She is super available (helped us around the clock even when she was on a trip in India!). Evy was excellent, responsive and knowledgeable. Evy was knowledgeable about STR properties in different areas and how to go about choosing a good match. She was very responsive on short notice and was able to make a quick turn around on getting video of listings. All and all, we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the area for a single family home or investment property.

Evy was/is amazing. We are not the easiest people to work with as we have high expectations and ask a lot of questions throughout the process. Evy was extremely patient and responsive and had our best interests at heart throughout the entire experience. Our purchase was unique and encountered delays and she stayed focused throughout the several months between initial offer and closing. Since the closing she keeps in close contact and is even helping us find furniture for our new home. At this point she has become a family friend and we highly recommend her for anyone buying a home.

I will say I was not the easiest to work with! I/We did not have a style house we were looking for which made this journey even more difficult. Evy was there for every House I wanted to look at , over 2 years looking . The house we finally Bought when it came up I called her and asked to see The house , with in 30 minutes I was walking the house with Her and the sellers agent .
